Select a view (File=>Print)

Grid printing revolves around the current grid view. By setting up a grid view you can select the columns you want to print and in what order.

Tip: Description, Placed by, State, Country, and User Data, are sensitive to the width that you have the corresponding column set in the grid. If you don't like the way some of these columns are wrapping the information onto the next line, try increasing the width of these columns in the grid.
