Grab - From (Tools=>Grab Coordinates)

Current waypoint - coordinate pairs are grabbed from the current waypoint only
Current filter - coordinate pairs are grabbed from all waypoints in your current filter
Windows Clipboard - coordinate pairs are grabbed from text that is currently in the Windows clipboard
Text file - Coordinate pairs are grabbed from a text file
